A kind and gentle soul, Smores provides comfort and confidence to all who ride her, making her a trusted partner in our therapeutic programs.

Goliath

GENTLE GIANT

Goliath is our kind, gentle giant of the herd. Goliath is our biggest horse, weighing 1,500 pounds. Don’t let his size fool you – Goliath is very tolerant of any level of handler/rider – making him the ideal candidate for anyone to learn all kinds of skills. He is patient and wise, making him one of our most used horses within our program. Goliath will never steer you wrong, and will take care of you from start to finish.

Lucy

SHOW PONY

Known for her strong yet gentle nature, Lucy is a perfect fit for riders working on building strength and improving balance. Her kind eyes make her an instant friend.

Glory

CUTTING HORSE

Glory’s previous job was a cutting horse! She is in her mid twenties. Glory is very calm, kind, patient, and smart. Glory loves scratches on her neck and chest. She is a strong addition to our herd as she is smaller in size, has smooth gaits, and is a great confidence builder for any rider.

YOUNGER HORSE

Chief is a younger horse, who is rather large in size with a big heart to go with it. Wise beyond his years, Chief teaches a wide variety of students with the natural ability to provide comfort and peace.

Waylon is an older horse who in his past life served as a trail horse. With this, Waylon will go anywhere and everywhere you ask him to go with confidence. Waylon is eager to please with so much love to give.

Beauty

TRAIL RIDER

Beauty is a very reliable and expressive horse in our herd. She is best friends with Goliath. Beauty is a very sensitive horse and is almost always in tune with her handler and rider. She is confident, and a beautiful horse, making “Beauty” a perfect fit for her name.

QUARTER HORSE CROSS

Daiquiri is a loving, morgan quarter horse cross. She loves people and all kinds of treats. Daiquiri is well versed in many types of riding, making her a wonderful teacher for anyone.

Caromel

HALFLINGER

Caromel is a sweet, 29-year-old halflinger. She is a great horse to teach students how to do liberty work, navigate obstacles courses and lunge with her smaller size. She has a funny personality, but a kind and personable demeanor. Caromel is friends with every horse and human she meets, as she adores lots of attention.

Faith is a Friesian cross, and our second biggest weighing in at 1,300 pounds. Faith’s previous job was a cowboy mounted shooting horse! Faith loves all people, is very smart, and has an extremely comfortable gait – making her the perfect candidate to serve in our program.

THE RIDERS BABYSITTER

Tequila was always considered a babysitter in her younger years, has always done anything asked of her, has completed many years of lessons teaching many how to just have fun!  She is comfortable to ride, especially bare back.  Tequila has the best personality.  She loves to be loved and will stand all day to be brushed.
